Between 3 and 5 business days from the payment date, provided the product is in stock in our warehouse and your order status changes to SHIPPED.

* AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Depending on the country and the DHL or Correos Internacional service, generally between 3 and 15 days approximately from the payment date, provided the product is in stock in our warehouse and your order status changes to SHIPPED. * REST OF COUNTRIES AND CONTINENTS (Africa, America, Asia, and Oceania)

Depending on the country and the Correos Internacional service or transport agency, generally between 3 and 20 days approximately from the payment date, provided the product is in stock in our warehouse and your order status changes to SHIPPED.

Zapatosdebaile.com will do everything possible to ship orders as quickly as possible. No shipments are made on weekends or holidays, so if you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it will be processed on the first business day following the day it was placed.

If the chosen payment method is by bank deposit or transfer, the order will not be shipped until we have bank confirmation of the payment.

VERY IMPORTANT.

Does the number of products influence the price of the product?

No, the price of the product is as shown on the website, regardless of the number of products. However, if you are going to place a large order for many pairs, you can contact us through our "CONTACT" section or write to us at: zapatosdebaile@robertogarrudo.com, you can also call us at: 954 21 84 19 and we will handle your case personally.

What happens if one of the products in my order is out of stock?

If any of the products in your order are out of stock or in production, we will contact you by email or phone to inform you of the incident and resolve it as quickly as possible.

What happens if I'm not satisfied or the product I purchased doesn't fit me?

Customers may exchange any item they do not like or that does not fit well, provided that the following conditions are met:

The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to return a product. The essential requirements for a return are:

* The product must be new, with no signs of use, with the original box and labels.
* The product must not have been tampered with.

Once the merchandise is received at our store, and after checking its condition, the item will be refunded.
